PLANNING The
personalized wedding or party planning that you receive is the finest in the industry that has helped plan over 8,500 successful

exactly to your needs.
ADVANCE
SET UPS Our experienced sound and lighting crews offer advance set-ups and we always use linen table skirts
and tablecloths for the DJ table.
PERSONALIZED CD Your wedding song block CD includes
your wedding song, Father dance, Mother/Son dance, parent’s dance and the bridal party dance. If you provide a
picture in a .jpeg format, we will be happy to customize your CD with your favorite picture.
WEDDING CEREMONY Your ceremony package includes computerized
ceremony planning, a ceremony coordinator; a top grade elevated digital sound system, a wireless lavalier microphone for the
celebrant or for your vows and a wireless mic for your reader or live vocalist. Professional Sounds offers
complete inside or outside wedding ceremony music. Your
choices for prelude, processional and recessional music include: traditional (classic symphony music with a 16 string orchestra),
non-traditional (artists like: Michael Bublé, Celine Dion or Frank Sinatra), a live singer or vocalist (that you provide)
or church organ music on CD.
If your wedding ceremony
and reception are at different locations, two separate digital sound systems will be used. Professional Sounds can also
offer a 12-volt system when there is no electricity available for a river, lake, pond, park or grotto setting.
HOLIDAY PARTIES You will always receive personalized holiday party planning and we will help you coordinate your special
announcements, door prizes, giveaways, raffles and our award presentations are the finest in the industry. When
you hire Professional Sounds, you can relax and enjoy your holiday party with your co-workers, just leave the details
to us. You will also receive holiday music for your cocktail and dinner hour and we will be happy to provide business
references.
ANNIVERSARY PARTIES Our anniversary packages include a phonetic bridal party list of
the original members of your bridal party in attendance, an anniversary toast, your anniversary dance, the announcing of your
anniversary cake and an anniversary planning guide which offers suggestions on what to bring for a great anniversary party.
REUNIONS For class reunions, we offer Flashback- where we play the greatest hits from your graduating year at a soft volume during
the cocktail hour. This package also includes personalized class reunion planning and a free class reunion-planning
guide, which offers suggestions on how to make a successful class reunion and how to acquire free door prizes from sponsors.
PERSONALIZED REUNION CD This free CD includes the top hits from the exact year that you graduated from and if you provide a picture in a .jpg format
we will be happy to customize your CD with your High School logo and your graduation year.
RETIREMENT PARTIES Our
retirement packages include an elevated sound system that is played at a reduced volume and a retirement planning guide,
which offers suggestions on what to bring for a great retirement party.
