Our personalized wedding planning includes a phonetic bridal party list, music request lists, a rundown of activities list, and a timeline that will be coordinated with your vendors. You will also receive a general questionnaire sheet, a FAQ sheet and a wedding planning guide, which offers suggestions on what to bring for your chosen activities. Your wedding ceremony package includes ceremony planning, a ceremony coordinator, a top grade elevated digital sound system, a wireless lapel, handheld or over the ear microphone for your Celebrant or Officiant, and a wireless microphone for a reader or live vocalist. Our new 12-volt silent power generators work perfectly in an area where there is no electricity nearby like a waterfront, lake, or park setting. More info. We offer discounts for our ceremony, reception, and uplighting package, photo booths and digital videography. On our contact us page, you can also request a discount coupon. Discount packages are available for events on a Sunday or a Friday, and during slower months like January, February or March. Please call us for our discounted package prices and we always offer military discounts.
When you hire Professional Sounds, you can relax and enjoy your holiday party with your co-workers and leave the details to us. Our personalized holiday party planning sheets will help you coordinate your itinerary, schedule of events, dinner hour, special announcements, door prizes, giveaways, raffles, and employee awards presentations. At no charge we can also provide a spotlight or additional microphones, for your awards presentation. For your cocktail and dinner hour, you will hear the best holiday music from yesterday and today, and we will be happy to provide corporate references.
For class reunions, we offer "Flashback," where we play the top hits from your graduating year, at a soft volume during the cocktail and dinner hour. This package also includes personalized class reunion planning, and a free class reunion-planning guide, which offers suggestions on how to make a successful class reunion, and how to acquire free door prizes from local sponsors. We also can create a class reunion highlights page that is customized for your high school.
Our anniversary party packages include a phonetic bridal party list of the original members of your bridal party in attendance, an anniversary toast, your anniversary dance, the announcing of your anniversary cake, and an anniversary planning guide that offers suggestions on how to plan the perfect anniversary celebration.

Our digital video team has over 39 years of experience specializing in cinematography, shooting, editing, and producing digital media in 1080p. Additionally, we now offer Blu-ray digital videotaping, which produces a full 2160p high definition picture.
Our photo booths are always professionally staffed. We offer reasonable package prices, and top of the line equipment, with high quality digital photos that print in less than 20 seconds. You can also purchase a CD-ROM or a complete photo album of all the pictures taken at your event.
Our commercial production department provides on-air talent for radio and TV commercials and voice-overs. For your phone telecommunication system needs, we provide on hold message programming for your business phone systems.
The $100 deposit is due when you sign the contract, and this goes towards the cost of your event. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, debit cards, personal and bank checks, money orders, and corporate checks for your deposit. There may be a processing fee for some credit card transactions and your balance is due the day or evening of your event.
